make these fun halloween crafts with your kids or play fun holiday gamesI know I just wrote about pumpkin crafts last week, but tis the season for lots of fun fall things so I wanted to add a few more in case you’re still looking for ideas to do as we gear up for Halloween or if you’re planning a Halloween party for your kids.

If you are planning a party, you need to check out these Halloween party games from Buggy and Buddy. There are games kids can play on their own or with friends, so there’s really something for everyone here. I love the pumpkin hunt, ghost bowling and spooky bingo!

Itsy Bitsy Fun has some great Halloween themed color by number sheets. Since the girl often wants “activities” and she’s big on numbers right now I think we’ll be using these.

We are all about upcycling and reusing, especially for holiday decor because it feels weird to go out and buy a lot of stuff you’re only going to use for a couple of weeks. This roundup of upcycled Halloween crafts from chickabug has some really fun ideas. The tin can mummies that hold candy are super cute. (And I have a version of the mason jar lid pumpkin, too, by the way.)

For really little kids, decorating a pumpkin in the traditional way might take too much time and they’re not really involved in the process. We’ve done painted pumpkins before to give the girl something to do for the holiday, but I also like these pumpkins decorated with stickers from Sunny Day Family. They’re perfect for little kids’ skills and attention spans.

And I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of this before, but the craft stick weaving skills of summer are perfect for weaving a popsicle stick spider web for Halloween. This one is from P is for Preschooler.

Are you crafting for Halloween yet? I’d love to know what you’re making.
