Hi there, Frugal Family linkers! We’re changing things up a bit starting now and are going to transition the linky to being once a month instead of once a week. Which will give you plenty of time to share if you’re a blogger and lots more to see if you’re a reader.
This “week’s” linky will run through Nov. 4, and from then on they’ll be roughly a month long.
Fall is finally starting to happen in Arkansas, and we’re making rubbings, collecting leaves and doing all sorts of projects in red, orange and yellow. I love this leaf print bag from Dancing in the Rain because it’s a different way for kids to play with leaf printing and to preserve some of the colors and shapes of fall in a project you’ll actually use.
Of course Halloween crafts are a lot of fun now, too, and I’m loving two posts from Brain Power Boy on using perler beads and Legos to make Halloween shapes. So cute and easy to do with things you probably already have around the house.
And if your kitchen is in need of a bit of fall cleaning, check out these easy, frugal DIY garbage disposal tabs made with leftover citrus peel. We often just run used fruit down the disposal by itself, but this is a great idea that gives even more of a smell-stopping boost.
