Creatively Crafty Link Party Week 34

So sorry I missed last week’s link party! I was in New Mexico, and I had really planned to get it done before I left, but it didn’t work out. It’s nice to be somewhat transitioned back into the normal way of life now that the super-crazy part of September is over! And it’s starting to feel like fall where I live, which usually brings crafty feelings back, as well.

I love simple and quick crafts any time of year, and two really stood out for me from last week’s linky.

These mason jar centerpieces made with wine corks would literally take just a minute to make, and they’re actually quite cute. I need to start saving up all my corks! Check out the tutorial from Condo Blues.

And while I’ve never done any paper quilling in my life, the paper acorns from the Papery Craftery look really easy, quick and cute. Perhaps the best part: they use real acorn caps!

Try it - Like it

There are just a few simple rules:

  • Link to a specific post, not your home page.
  • Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.
  • Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.
  • Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.
  • Have fun!
