Hello, crafty friends!
I don’t know how it is in your household, but I feel like we’re finally getting back into the swing of things after the holidays. This was the first full week my daughter was back at school, and I celebrated by starting a major office cleaning project.
I’ve also been knitting up a whole bunch of pussycat hats for friends who are marching (and I’ll make one for myself, too, I’m sure). It doesn’t help all the projects that need finishing, but it’s been fun.
I love these little pom-pom earrings! So cute and easy to make. Kids can make them, too. Check out the tutorial at M’Made DIY.
I really enjoy making bread, but I don’t always plan very well for the time it takes. This easy free-form loaf is a pretty quick yeast bread, and it looks yummy, too. Get the recipe from 3 Winks Design.
And if you have bread you need soup, right? For some reason I only eat butternut squash as a soup, but I have a couple of recipes that I just love. Here’s another take on butternut squash soup from the Perfect Storm BFFs in the form of a chowder with apples and five spice. yum.
This Week’s Linky
Thank you for listing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party. Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. We will also feature different projects so head over there to see if you were featured! Check them out here:
You can also find us on Pinterest, where we will share featured posts.
Don’t forget to grab our “featured on” button if you like!
There are just a few simple rules:
- Link to a specific post, not your home page.
- Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.
- Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.
- Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.
- Have fun!
