Clearly I’m not quite as back into the swing of things as I thought I was, because I haven’t posted in a week! With the girl’s birthday, an extra long-long weekend and prepping for a conference this weekend there’s been more stuff to do than time. But there was a lot of crafty goodness for the girl’s party that I hope to share soon!
This vintage map photo frame made out of an old mirror by Raggedy Bits has a lot of elements, but you can take from it what you want to use to make your own special heartfelt project to showcase wedding or vacation photos. There’s painting, stenciling, lace, printing on an old map and more in this project, which also makes it a lot of fun.
I love the pineapple gift/favor bags from Rainy Drops, which are not actually that hard to make. There are two stages of painting and some cutting involved, but the result is adorable and would be great for a summer themed party.
And this idea to refinish a plastic garden chair by decoupaging it with napkins from IKEA is just brilliant and it looks great, too. Find the DIY over at M’Made DIY.
This Week’s Linky
Thank you for listing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party. Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. We will also feature different projects so head over there to see if you were featured! Check them out here:
You can also find us on Pinterest, where we will share featured posts.
Don’t forget to grab our “featured on” button if you like!
There are just a few simple rules:
- Link to a specific post, not your home page.
- Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.
- Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.
- Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.
- Have fun!
