This week was feeling unreasonably busy, like I was rushing around and getting stressed out for no good reason. I even thought I was getting sick for a while. Then the universe reminded me to slow down by having me go through an hours-long power outage.
I sat on the back porch and did some editing for a client on paper. It was really nice, though crafting might have been more fun!
I hope you can take some time this week or weekend to slow down and do something fun for yourself.
I adore these burlap map pillows from Pillar Box Blue. They look like luggage tags and are just really cute. Her British versus American vocabulary digression is pretty funny, too.
I don’t know why I’ve never thought to make ponytail holders, but it’s actually really easy to do. Check out the ones Teresa from Keeping it Real made with elastic and princess buttons. So cute.
And my house is not really farmhouse/pallet style but I really like this Happy Fall sign from Lolly Jane. Super simple if you have a vinyl cutter.
This Week’s Linky
Thank you for listing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party. Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. We will also feature different projects so head over there to see if you were featured! Check them out here:
You can also find us on Pinterest, where we will share featured posts.
Don’t forget to grab our “featured on” button if you like!
There are just a few simple rules:
- Link to a specific post, not your home page.
- Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.
- Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.
- Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.
- Have fun!
