Creatively Crafty Link Party Week 62

Hello, crafty friends!

It’s been a crazy week of hatching plans and starting projects over here at ODC HQ, which is super exciting and there’s one part I’ll be able to share with you soon (the rest is not that interesting, even to me).

It’s almost Easter so this week I thought I’d share a couple of quick projects for that holiday and look ahead to Mother’s Day, though I’m sure most of us are not ready to think about that just yet.

This Week’s Featured Posts

Creatively Crafty Link party features week 62 You might not be able to find half-transparent Easter eggs where you live, but this edible terrarium Easter egg idea from hoopla palooza is so stunning, sweet and cute that I couldn’t resist sharing it.

This isn’t a quick project, exactly, in that it has a lot of steps, but it’s pretty easy to do and will definitely get a huge reaction from whoever sees it.

The hatching chick and egg craft from Love My Big Happy Family would be a little quicker to make, and it’s a great one for the kids to join in on decorating. Just print the free printable on cardstock, cut out the shapes, color and join the egg parts with a brad. Easy peasy.

And while this melted bead bowl from Dazzle While Frazzled is marketed as a Mother’s Day gift, you could make them in any color for any occasion. Kids can help with the positioning of the beads, and the oven does all the work. How cool is that?
