Hey there, crafty friends! This week has completely gotten away from me thanks to a lots of rain, a quick jaunt across the state to see my brother get married and playing catchup ever since.
But we’ve got lots of great crafty inspiration and I have a list a dozen things deep of things I’d like to make soon, so I hope I’ll get back to posting more regularly soon. Like, tomorrow maybe.
This Week’s Featured Posts
It’s May the Fourth as I write this, so I have to share this amazing DIY R2-D2 from There’s Just One Mommy. His body is a large powdered drink container, but you could do it with a smaller container you happen to have on hand if you like. Hooray for upcycling (and Star Wars)!
Have a little one who loves dress up? Or maybe you need some flowers for your hair for a photo shoot or party? Check out the sweet fake flower crowns from Mama Bops. It’s all done with tape, not hot glue, so kids can even help with this project or make their own.
Get on the succulent trend train with this tutorial on how to make glass jar terrariums for succulents from My Husband Has Too Many Hobbies. I haven’t started any succulents yet but I think this would be a great project to do with the girl this summer.
This Week’s Linky
Thank you for listing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party. Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. We will also feature different projects so head over there to see if you were featured! Check them out here:
You can also find us on Pinterest, where we will share featured posts.
Don’t forget to grab our “featured on” button if you like!
There are just a few simple rules:
- Link to a specific post, not your home page.
- Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.
- Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.
- Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.
- Have fun!
