I love going to the farmers’ market. On Saturdays it is the place to see everyone in town, and for the girl to get face painting and a Pedal Pop. But I really enjoy going during the week (it’s also open Tuesdays and Thursdays) because it is quiet and you have a chance to really look at things.Get inspiration for food, color and more by walking around the farmers' market.

This time of year, there are strawberries, which give you hope that you can hold on until tomato season. There are greens and plants and homemade things aplenty.

And there are flowers. Not just for sale, but in the gardens around the square, where the market takes place.
